How does the process work to sell my house?

For detailed instructions, the process in detail is spelled out in the How We Buy Houses for Cash page.  To simplify, we need to gather information from you and schedule a time to see the home.  We will do a visual inspection and typically have an offer to you in less than 24 hours.  Once we agree on a purchase price we will arrange the escrow process and deposit the cash in order to purchase the home.  In as little as 1 week we can close on the house and you will have a check in your hand from title!

What type of houses do you buy?

We buy mostly single family houses, duplexes, triplexes, quads and in some cases condominiums/townhouses in the Sacramento County area.  We will buy the house in any condition.

What if I am behind on payments, in foreclosure, or going through bankruptcy?

We are experienced in helping homeowners in these situations.  Timeframes to purchase may take longer and we may need to involve real estate professionals but we have a network of professionals that can help in almost any situation

If you know of a property that someone wants to sell quickly, please contact us to discuss the situation.  In many cases we are able to compensate you when you notify us of a property that you may not own but you can refer us to the ultimate selling party.
